Community Club House - being a member of the Villages of Winterset Master Homeowner Association, gives you has access to certain amenities. Once such amenity is a clubhouse. Residents are welcome to reserve and rent the club house by downloading and filling out the enclosed form. Community Club House Form - The use of the Clubhouse by the Residents of the Villages of Winterset Communities is subject to the following: A non- refundable Usage Fee of Three hundred and Fifty dollars ($350) as well as a refundable security deposit of Two hundred and Fifty dollars ($250).
The Usage fee and signed Clubhouse Rental Agreement must be received by American Community Management a minimum of three (3) weeks before the requested rental date.
1. A security deposit of Two hundred and Fifty dollars ($250) required two (2) weeks before the rental date for the use of the clubhouse. The security deposit will be returned to the USER after the clubhouse board member has inspected the clubhouse, provided the cleaning requirements below are complete, and no damage has occurred to the Clubhouse or its furnishings. Allow two (2) to four (4) weeks for a refund of your deposit.
2. The clubhouse will be available NO earlier than 10:00 a.m. and must be closed by10:00 p.m. This includes set-up (2 hours) and cleanup (1 hour). The Clubhouse can be rented for any five (5) hours between these hours. Additional hours are seventy-five each hour beyond the allotted five (5) hours.
3. The Clubhouse can be rented any day of the week during the year except on all Major Holidays. (New Year’s Eve & Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day)
The club house boasts 720 square feet of open space for all your gathering needs.
Complete with fully functioning kitchen
Comes standard with 6 plastic folding tables and 40 metal folding chairs.
